Prolan is new Member of the UNIFE family
At the 27th General Assembly of the European Railway Industry Association (UNIFE) in Warsaw, members voted unanimously for Prolan Ltd's membership application, so Prolan became a full member of the Association.
The organization, founded in 1992, represents the interests of European rail manufacturers in research and development, finance, regulation and standardization as well as sectoral lobbying. The association offers a number of opportunities for its members to engage in professional work on digitization, security equipment, or even ERTMS, ETCS. The Association, having more than 100 small and medium sized global role but Europe-based enterprises, has a strong relationship with the European Commission, and is an active member of the Commission's Advisory Council named European Rail Research Advisory Council, where besides manufacturers, operators and infrastructure managers support the sectoral strategic, legislative and regulatory work of the Commission.
At the General Meeting, Márton Feldmann, Head of Railway Automation Division, represented Prolan and presented the company's activities and main achievements to the members. As a member of the Association, Prolan can engage in a professional blood circulation that prepares decisive developments in the strategic technical directions for the next decades of the railway sector.
